Michael "Savage" Banned from the UK
Extremist radio host Michael "Savage" has been banned from entering the UK.
Savage, who's real name is Michael Alan Weiner (pulling the Barack Hussein Obama card and smiling), is prohibited from entering the country because his radio program spreads messages of hatred, violence, and extremism.
The move to ban Weiner along with several others was made by Home Secretary Jacqui Smith who in a statement said:
"Coming to the UK is a privilege, and I refuse to extend that privilege to individuals who abuse our standards and values to undermine our way of life," Smith said. "Therefore, I do not hesitate to name and shame those who foster extremist views, as I want them to know that they are not welcome here."
Savage is known for making extreme comments against Islam, homosexuality, and immigrants.
Also included on the list are The "reverend" Fred Phelps and his daughter, Shirley Phelps-Roper of the Westboro baptist church.

Up to 37 Possible Swine Flu Cases in Wisconsin
According to channel 4 news, there may be as many as 37 cases of Swine Flu in Wisconsin with a large amount being located in Milwaukee County.
Because Wisconsin is so advanced in medical technology and treatment, Mayor Tom Barrett thinks that Wisconsin might just be detecting the virus faster and not necessarily be a largely concentrated area of the virus.

The 1918 Swine Flu was a killer
The 1918 Swine Flu epidemic was more deadly than World War I.
The flu emerged in spring and then disappeared over summer only to come back mutated in full force in the late fall, coming back so strongly that it lowered the U.S. life expectancy by 10 years.
Okay, so that sounds scary. But we have better medicine now, right? Yes.
However, travel was nothing like it is now. Populations weren't as crowded and urban as they are now.
I'm not sure if I should be worried or turn off the news and go out to a gay bar.
